펜데믹 시대의 국가의 기능과 정의 : 작업의 수준

국가의 작업기능이 개인의 작업을 가능하게 한다.

개인의 작업이 실행가능하고 개입가능하기 위해서는 제도와 체계, 조직과 국가가 주도적이고 건강하게 기능하는 것이 우선이다. 펜데믹 상황에서 개인의 작업에 초점을 두려하니 상황의 변인이 참으로 많고, 국가의 기능은 그 변인의 우위에 있다는 사실을 경험하게 된다. 개인 수준, 조직 수준, 국가 수준에서의 작업적 개입과 중재의 우선순위와 계층을 경험한다. 정의롭게 기능하는 국가가 작업 기능이 있는 국가이며 개인들의 작업을 가능하게 한다.

National level of occupation enables individual level of occupation.

It should involve what the organizational and national level of occupation is and what its justice is.  It asks who is the subject of the intervention and how it is possible to intervene.

A country that functions justly is a country that has occupational functions and enables individuals' occupation.
